These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnSureKaro website and services, operated by OnSureKaro Insurance Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

OnSureKaro is an IRDAI-licensed insurance (IRDAI Direct Licence No. 987). We help you compare, understand and purchase insurance products from our partner insurers. We are an intermediary — we do not underwrite risk or issue policies ourselves.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. All policies are issued, underwritten and serviced by the respective insurance companies.

When using our website and services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when requested.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and not to mislead or defraud.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Acceptance of any insurance proposal, the premium charged and the terms of cover are decided solely by the insurer, based on their underwriting. Quotes shown are indicative and may change after underwriting. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted.

Our advisory services are free to you. As a we may receive commission from the insurer if you purchase a policy through us, in accordance with IRDAI regulations. This does not increase the premium you pay.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of OnSureKaro Insurance Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

We strive to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Your policy contract with the insurer governs the actual terms of your cover.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
