Grievance redressal
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a complaint or grievance, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it promptly:
Email our grievance officer at support@onsurekaro.com. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 3 working days and resolve it within 14 days.
If your concern relates to a policy or claim and remains unresolved, you may also approach the insurer's grievance cell or the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal (bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in), and, where applicable, the Insurance Ombudsman.
Prohibition of rebates
As per Section 41 of the Insurance Act, 1938, no person shall allow or offer to allow, either directly or indirectly, any rebate of the whole or part of the commission payable or any rebate of the premium, except as permitted under published prospectuses. Any person making default may be liable to a penalty.
